So how did The Mint Heart start?
Firstly I love helping people. Even as a child -at age 11- my friends were knocking on my door for my words of wisdom!
In 2006 as a single mum, I was working and looking after my girls so juggling those plates which at times was very tiring & overwhelming. I believed there was more than just taking medication to enable you to cope and just survive. Then life put me in front of different people that helped me and introduced me to alternative ways of healing, such as Bach Flowers, they enabled me to obtain emotional balance and inspired me to help others. That was the start of The Mint Heart’s journey!
Apart from working as a legal assistant, I’ve been training in alternative and holistic ways to help others balance their emotional and physical side, as everything we eat affects our bodies.

Where did the name come from?
‘The Mint Heart’
I was throwing some ideas around a business name and thought of MINT. I love the smell, it’s refreshing, uplifting and it gives me a sense of calm and tranquility. And the HEART shape is one of my favourite symbols, by opening your heart you bring empathy and compassion, it’s about giving love and becoming in control of your emotions.
And that was it The Mint Heart was formed.
